Shipping policy

DELIVERY

  • UK STANDARD (2-4 working days): £3.95 (free when you spend over £40)
  • UK TRACKED EXPRESS (24-48 hours): £5.95 (order must be placed by 13:00 GMT and is only valid Monday-Friday, this excludes Bank Holidays). 

If you choose standard delivery, orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (please note during extremely busy periods this could exceed this time frame). The delivery time frame starts from the day your order is dispatched. 

We are open Monday - Friday . If you order on a Friday after 13:00 GMT with Express Delivery this will not be dispatched until the following Monday. 

  • EUROPE DELIVERY (4-7 working days): $5.95 (free when you spend €50)
  • USA TRACKED DELIVERY (4-8 working days): $40.00 (FULLY LANDED COST, TARIFFS INCLUDED)
  • CANADA TRACKED DELIVERY (4-8 working days): $12.00CAD (free when you spend over $100CAD)
  • AUSTRALIA DELIVERY (4-7 working days): $8.00AUD (free when you spend over $100AUD)
  • REST OF WORLD (5-15 working days): £6.95

Orders placed to Europe / Rest of World may be subject to Customs / Duties / Taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total cost you pay at checkout. These charges are determined by your country's authorities and vary depending on the value of the package and local regulations.

We are currently unable to ship to the following locations: Argentina, UAE, Mexico, North Macedonia, Ukraine, South Africa, Puru, Colombia, Ecuador, Uruguay, Côte d’Ivoire, Saudi Arabia, French Polynesia, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, St. Barthélemy, Panama, Malaysia, Réunion, Senegal, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Moldova, Bosnia, Herzegovina & Israel

Shipping (Returns)

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Paisley Paws Dog Boutique, 3 Tenters Way, Paisley, PA2 9HL

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
